Representation at the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal (VCAT), including early negotiation and dispute resolution, appearance at compulsory conference, and advocacy in a merits hearing.

This may involve the recommendation and calling of expert witnesses, and cross examination in a case.

Jo Harrison is a qualified Urban Planner with over 18 years experience in Melbourne’s private and public sectors. Jo has held leadership positions at various Local Government organisations and as a Planning Consultant, working on small to large scale developments across Victoria. VCAT advocacy has also been an area of expertise.

Jo is passionate about architecture and development and offers high level technical skills with a solution focused, commercial driven approach. This lends itself well at site acquisition and project inception, together with a comprehensive understanding of the Victorian planning system.
